The “Equipment service” module is used to register equipment sent for service inspection or repair. To go to the module, click on the left side on “Equipment” and then “Equipment service”.

To add a new record, click the button, thus going to the new equipment service form. User fields:

• Equipment - indicate the equipment to which the service event relates
• Date - date of submitting to the service
• Vendor - a cooperator that carries out the inspection or repair of equipment
• Est. return date - the date on which we expect the return from the service
• Description - information related to the transfer to the website, e.g. any problems, damages etc.
• Total units used before service - meter reading at the time of handing over to the service
• Due to damage - a switch informing about the fact that the equipment has been damaged by an employee.
  • Employee responsible for the damage - field for assigning the employee responsible for the damage. The field is available when the “Due to damage” switch is in the “YES” position
• Return date - specifies the date of receipt of the equipment from the service. The field should be completed on the day of admission.

If it is necessary to use the materials available in the warehouse to service the equipment, please indicate them on the form. Additional fields are used for this in the “Material from our warehouse was used for the service”. To add service materials, each time we click the button.

Please note that the system will not allow adding a service event for equipment that is currently on loan or during another service task. When such an attempt is made, the system will report an error with an appropriate message.

The service acceptance report should be made on the day of trimming. The system allows you to confirm receipt in two ways.

To submit a report on the return of equipment from the service point, go to the Equipment list by clicking on the menu on the left. Then click on “Identifier” or “Equipment name”, thanks to which we will be transferred to the detailed view of the record. In the “Service” tab, items with the history of rentals of the previously selected equipment item are visible. To confirm the return from the service, click “return” in the column “Date of return. The admission form is described below.

In order to log in to the equipment return system through the equipment service register, click “Equipment service” available in the “Equipment” category in the menu on the left. In this way, we will receive a list of equipment that is or is returned from the site. In order to quickly find the required item, use the “On site” filter, which we will go to by clicking the arrow on the “Filter” button.

The list will be filtered according to the entered data. In order to confirm the return from the service, please click on “return” in the column “Return date”. We will be redirected to the equipment return form described below.

• Cost - the amount for the service
• Total units used after service - meter reading upon receipt of the equipment
• Note - description of the service performed or the condition of the device after service completion
